- Complete new-hire orientation in your first 15 business days
- Complete Virginia's DSP orientation training and pass its test with a score of 80% or higher
- Finish state-approved medication training before giving any medication
What we look for
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A reliable, dependable person who brings patience and kindness to every shift
We provide the orientation and DSP training, and we walk you through each step.
